*******Our Father's Words of Wisdom*******

It is the breath of God that gives us life as we read in Genesis 2:7. In the following verses our Father explains the importance of wisdom and His words in our lives. For we sometimes forget that all the words of the Bible come from God even when not spoken directly.
Proverbs 4:1-9  "Listen, my sons, to a father’s instruction; pay attention and gain understanding.2 I give you sound learning, so do not forsake my teaching. 3 For I too was a son to my father, still tender, and cherished by my mother.4 Then he taught me, and he said to me, “Take hold of my words with all your heart; keep my commands, and you will live. 5 Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. 6 Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. 7 The beginning of wisdom is this: Get[a] wisdom. Though it cost all you have,[b] get understanding. 8 Cherish her, and she will exalt you; embrace her, and she will honor you. 9 She will give you a garland to grace your head and present you with a glorious crown.”  than it continues with  proverbs 4: 20-22; 20 "My child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my words 21 Don’t lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into your heart,22 for they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body." How awesome all we need do is put His words into action to feel good, amazing.

How powerful are the above verses. God gave us all we need in His word and yet there are days when we forget that our food lay on the table next to us if we only reach over and pick it up.

This is the celebration of the birth of our Savior, who was born so that he could walk the earth as a human. and than die so that we may live eternally in Heaven. Through His grace we were saved and all He ask of us is to live in His likeness, spread His word, His love, so that more of His children can return home at that final hour.
Sometimes it seems like so little for all He endured and yet trapped in these bodies at times it is really hard, but only when we forget who's in charge and that all things on God's path is on purpose; whether it be good or bad in our eyes, we need to remember our walk was intentional; not just what we think of as good but our complete walk. We look how we're suppose to look, we have what we need to have, and as long as it is His will we are carrying out, then he will handle the consequences.

The problem is that as humans we lean on our own will at times taking us off God's path chosen for us, and than it is we who are accountable for the consequences of that circumstance, and it's usually not pretty.
So as we celebrate our Lord's Birth let us be thankful, loving, kind, and wise, because our loving Father expects His children to be nothing less. Let's not let the attacker trick us into thinking we're not worthy because we know the words of our Father and He tells us we are.

The family that prays together stays together for one reason, because our loving Father is in control, so if  "He be for us, who can be against us." What an awesome family we have, and I for one am so grateful for all my Brothers and Sisters in Christ for their love and encouragement continuously lifts me up and feeds my flame, such wonderful gifts each of us are to one another, all made possible through the birth of our Savior. Do I hear a big amen, I think I do.

Have a Blessed and love-filled Christmas and may we all travel safely and enjoy all the blessings our loving Father has placed in our lives. Love Hugs and prayers Patricia xx
