****We Need To Keep Our Balance****

Hi My Dear Friends,
So sorry for the delay in a new post, but my health has had other plans.
In studying 1Peter: 5 yesterday, I found great comfort and a gentle reminder that we all need balance.

When I worked I enjoyed Sixty hour weeks, and thought I was a dedicated, responsible worker, but was I responsible to me? When I got hurt after falling on ice, I didn't slow down, for I felt that would be giving in, who planted that thought? How many times do I ignore that feeling deep inside that tells me to rest? What about when I push thoughts aside and say " no I can't do that," so I do nothing?"

******* Unite In Prayer*******

In watching the news non-stop accept to pray for all those affected by this horrendous natural disaster, I thought it only appropriate that we as Christians band our strength of prayer, and unite as one to increase our power so that we can help stop the Nuclear Plant from having a melt down, making this already horrific occurrence even more devastating.

****The Holy Spirit Needs Us All****

No matter how young, old,big,small,smart, or average we may be, the Holy Spirit needs us all. As everyone watches the above clip, you will see that He will use the most insignificant piece of paper to bring us joy and although this particular piece of paper in itself was bringing unwelcoming news, the Holy Spirit made sure that His joy for us is stronger than any news or reports or rejections we may encounter.

****A Coincidence, I Think Not....****

In catching up on my blogging I noticed that many of my fellow Christian bloggers posts were very similar in their message. Strange, a coincidence, I think not. It just goes to prove that the Holy Spirit has a definite plan, and for those of us who are listening, He is taking hold and planting the seeds so that our lights may shine brightly through the darkness that surrounds us.

Our God is so awesome. As you know we all have our roads, paths, and purpose, but did you know that whatever we come up against can't take away our joy? I am sure when I say this next phrase a lot of heads will be bopping and hands will be raised; my life is an obstacle course. Everyday I get some right hook, or wrench thrown into what I thought was my plan for the day.
