*******God Keeps His Word*******

When we stay God's course for our life after accepting Christ Jesus as our Savior, many splendid and miraculous things happen. Our loving Father's promises are no longer something we hear about, but something we reap.

In Psalm 37:4-5 (NKJV)4 Delight yourself also in the Lord,And He shall give you the desires of your heart.5 Commit your way to the Lord,Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.
How awesome is that promise, if we are in agreement with our loving Father He will make all make our dreams happen.

Another promise He makes to us that I find crucial in our daily trials and fulfillment of our purpose is in Psalm 68:19 (NIV)19 Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Every single day, not every other day but everyday our burdens are carried for us, if we just remember this promise our attackers power would be so limited.

I say this because in the next promise God makes, there is no way to be misled into believing that we are ever left alone or in a place we can't handle. In 1Corinthians 10:13 (NKJV)13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. Could you imagine how wonderful our life would be, if in our human moments we could remember to just call on our Loving Father and live in His promises.

I mean He even makes us a promise about growing old in Psalm 92:14 14 They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing, I don't know about you but it sure makes me happy to know that I will still have a purpose and be fruitful for the Lord when I get older. It is so hard as humans to believe that when we're old we still have important work to do, but here is our loving Father telling us it's so.

These are just a few of the many promises God makes us as His children, that it is why it is so vital for our Journey along our chosen path's that we know our Father's words inside and out.

The better we know His words the better equipped and armed we are against the attackers lies and tricks. Satan wants us to believe we're out here on our own and that we have no one but we know better as we read in the above passages God will not lead us where His grace won't keep us, He will bear our burden daily, which means He is always with us even when we're alone we're not alone, for we have almighty God living on the inside of us.

I pray this week that the Holy Spirit fill us with the strength we will need to endure our trials, and the wisdom and discernment we will need to spread God's love and light learned through those trials, to all who cross our path,

May the below poem from my upcoming book "Poems of the Eternal Heart a Daily Devotional" inspire your week, love hugs and prayers Patricia <3

God's Word Is Awesome

From the day we were born,
till the day that we die,
we will all remain the twinkle,
In our loving Father's eye.

For He made so many promises,
to keep us on His path
all found in the Holy Bible,
So we could avoid His angry wrath.

So when the devil shows his face,
working hard to make us fail,
all we have to do to win,
is hold fast to our chosen trail.

For as our Father promised us,
He'll never leave our side,
but that doesn't always mean,
we won't have a bumpy ride.

However, we have Heaven,
another promise that He made,
and because of that awesome promise,
 we need never be afraid......
